Please call 972-566-8878 during office hours to schedule an appointment for all office visits.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment so that the time can be reassigned.
Problems that arise suddenly can easily be worked into our appointment schedule and emergencies are handled with priority. We understand that your time is important and, in the event of an emergency, every effort will be made to minimize your wait.
As we would rather control billing costs than have to raise fees, we do we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered.
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, please call the 24-hour answering service. Our answering service will forward your message to the physician on call. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
After-hour calls should be about problems that cannot wait until office hours. These should be problems causing you undue distress, have appeared rapidly or are progressing rapidly. Please do not call for prescription refills, test results, or appointments.
Once you have called our answering service, leave your telephone line open so that your call can be returned.
We provide an extensive range of services in primary care, gynecology, and preventive medicine. If you have a concern that we do not treat, we will be happy to refer you to a doctor who can help.
Whenever you have a test in our office (blood work, pap smear, culture, etc.) we will always try to contact you with the results. Never assume your tests are normal. If we fail to contact you, please call.
We make every effort to keep down the cost of medical care. When you call to schedule your appointment, you may inquire as to the approximate cost of your visit. If any tests or procedures are requested by you or recommended by Dr. Kinney, please feel free to ask about the cost before you proceed.
WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES. WE ARE NOT SET UP FOR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS.
Please note - Dr. Kinney is not a contracted provider for any insurance plans but we are happy to assist you in filing your claim for paid-in-full services. As such, we will ask you for a copy of your driver’s license and insurance card when you check in for your appointment.
